Initial research pathway on VR38DETT Engine

- We compared between the 911 T-hybrid engine and the VR38DETT Engine and started asking ChatGPT on the different articles related to the discussed topic.

- We chose the VR38DETT Engine and started researching on the engine specification.                      (Edited on 03/10/24) Besides that we also looked into the history and reviews on the engine using GAI to give us the historical data, where it provided us multiple articles/websites that provided us with more information on it allowing us to write the summary and thesis.

- (Edited on 03/10/24) Once I gathered enough info, I looked into the specific components of the VR38DETT engine by asking GAI to categories the different components and picked out 2 appealing components.

- We also started researching on its predecessor using GAI to compare the improvements made.

- (Edited on 03/10/24)  I asked GAI to provide more information regarding the 2 components I picked on the VR38DETT and also the RB26DETT which is the predecessor. With the information provided I than created and elaborated description on the improvements made.

- (Edited on 03/10/24) Then I search on google on issues faced by VR38DETT users and starting reading the reviews and articles given to derive on a common fault face by that engine. Then I used GAI to provide more information on what led to that problem so I can explain it properly.
